Elena is an Italian/French national who leads our Monaco office. She has 25 years of experience in advising businesses and families across a spectrum of sectors including Real Estate, Media, Tax, Private Equity and Family matters throughout Europe.

She has been involved in various M&A transactions with mediation roles. She has worked in Communication, Law and Asset Management firms both in Italy and UK.

Italian qualified lawyer, Elena holds a degree in Law from Genova University with Master in Family law and a degree in Mediation from University of Milan.

 She is fluent in English, French and Italian with good knowledge of German.
